9 am to 5 pm and 1-9 pm positions available Responsibilities include: Responding to all incoming calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Redirecting and taking call messages as required Receiving, sorting and preparation of mail and packages regarding incoming and outgoing communications, as well as arranging for couriers as required Liaising with agents and answering services, as well as paging agents (via Quick Office) when needed Booking and confirming appointments as well as meeting rooms Receiving of deposit cheques in a professional and organized manner Timely data entry and updates for listings Uploading of listings to MLS, as well as reconciliation to Quick Office Knowledge of Broker Loading and how to create feature sheets is required Experience required: Experience with MicroSoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, E-Mail, PowerPoint and Publisher), as well as Quick Office and MLS required Experience with LoneWolf is an asset Experience with a multi-line phone system required Minimum 1 year Front Desk / Receptionist experience at a Real Estate Brokerage IS A MUST Fluent English-Language skills in both written and verbal communication Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of personalities A polished telephone manner, exhibiting professionalism and courteousness Strong multi-tasking skills, along with an ability to multitask independently and as a team-member in a busy, deadline-oriented office environment The ability to prioritize, while possessing a helpful attitude toward both internal and external clients * Flexibility regarding office location (this is a multi-office brokerage) Job Type: Full-time
